Return and Refund Policy

At HomeGain, we strive to offer you the highest quality products and exceptional customer support. Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we have a 30-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us via our contact page.

Cancellation policy

Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this time period, we cannot guarantee that your request can be fulfilled, as the order may have started to be processed. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return period for unused items in original packaging. However, we do not issue refunds for used, worn or damaged items due to normal use or abuse. If you return an unapproved item without a valid reason or outside the 30-day period, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

To initiate a return, please email us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and reason for return. Our team must approve all returns before sending the product back. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Include your order number and name on the shipping note to facilitate fast processing. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, with the exception of damaged goods upon receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Upon receipt of your return, we may take up to 10 working days to inspect the item. Once we have confirmed that the item is in good condition, please allow up to 40 working days from the confirmation date for the refund process. If you have not received your refund after we have confirmed that the refund has been processed, please contact your bank or payment institution.

We do not issue refunds for used, worn or damaged items due to normal use or abuse.

All refunds are processed in SEK (Swedish kronor) in accordance with the original purchase. Keep in mind that customers are responsible for any fees that may arise in foreign currency transactions or exchange rate changes.

Product problem

We take product safety very seriously and encourage our customers to use our products in a safe and responsible manner. Follow all instructions for proper use and safety precautions that come with the product and are available on our website. Failure to comply with these may result in injury or accident, for which we cannot be held responsible, and any refunds or exchanges will be at our sole discretion. If you experience discomfort when using our products, stop using them immediately and contact us via our contact page. We will help you solve any problems or questions.

Damaged items

We package our products carefully to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a manufacturing defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging from shipping, such as dented boxes, etc., with a product in good condition is not considered damage.

If your item is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, send an email and attach a clear photo of the damage. We will determine whether you are eligible for compensation at no cost to you. We do not issue refunds or accept returns for items that have been damaged through normal use, wear and tear or abuse.

Shipping and Delivery

Although we strive to deliver your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by the shipping company, customs or other factors and problems that may occur during shipping. If you encounter delivery problems, contact the shipping company directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages.
